Groundwater level monitoring training - Tullamore, 21st April

Waterra's latest Groundwater level monitoring training workshop is taking place in Tullamore, Ireland on 21st April.  The session follows on from this year's IAH conference and is designed to provide practical training in the use and deployment of data loggers for field applications.

The focus is on how to obtain reliable and accurate data and then performing effective validation and analysis.  There will be hands on use of data logging equipment, plenty of case studies and both slug tests and pumping tests.

Remember that all of Waterra's training courses are now CPD accredited by the Geological Society.

For more information and to download a booking form then visit the training pages on our website today or call us on +44 (0)121 733 7743.

"Sorry No Vacancies" - Waterra's latest sampling methods workshop is full

We are both pleased and sorry to say that our next Groundwater Sampling Methods training session on March 24th is now full up.  Pleased because the event has proved so popular, especially now it is CPD certified by the Geological Society.  Sorry because a number of people have been disappointed this time around.

The good news is that there is already another Groundwater Sampling Methods training session in the diary on 8th September in Birmingham.  We look forward to seeing you there.

Waterra - Look out for our new range of MiniRAE portable PID detectors

New range of portable PID detectors for VOC monitoring

Waterra UK Ltd have launched a new range of hand-held Photoionization detectors (PID) that are designed to provide highly accurate volatile organic compound (VOC) monitoring in field settings.

The MiniRAE 3000 and UltraRAE 3000 products from RAE Systems are ideal for a wide range of environmental clean-up and remediation applications. The ruggedised units can be operated with up to 3 layers of gloves and can log up to 6 months of data at 1 minute intervals, whilst the MiniRAE Lite provides great value for on-site monitoring use during site investigation or site characterisation projects.

"Many of our clients are involved in environmental engineering, working on contaminated land, landfill and brownfield remediation sites, so it seemed natural that we should extend our environmental monitoring offering.", said Peter Dumble Waterra UK's MD.

"The RAE Systems range of portable PID Detectors are very high quality products which will stand-up to the problems of working in harsh environments. We are delighted to have the RAE Systems world-beating PIDs in our catalogue and be able to offer them to the UK and Irish markets."

Visit the PID Detector pages on our website for more information or call our technical support team today on +44 (0)121 733 7743 to found out how you could deploy the MiniRae or UltraRae products.
